Geresha Store Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your Geresha products. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain items (like sealed cosmetics for hygiene reasons) may be non-returnable unless faulty.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our support team at Tavakolimina6670@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Exchanges
We currently only process returns for refunds. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Tavakolimina6670@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
